Fy enw i yw Sue Summers ac rwy’n gweithio fel asesydd lefel 3 a 5 gyda Cam Wrth Gam. Mudiad Meithrin. Ers bod yn fach, mae’r tu allan wedi bod yn rhan bwysig o fy mywyd, byw ar fferm a chael y cyfle i arbrofi’r byd tu allan wrth chwarae ym mhob math o dywydd. Mae fy mrwdfrydedd dros yr awyr agored mor gryf ag erioed a byddaf yn treulio pob cyfle y gallaf fwynhau gwahanol brofiadau tu allan.
Yn fy rôl fel ymarferydd blynyddoedd cynnar ar hyd fy ngyrfa, rwyf bob amser wedi annog ac ymarfer dysgu yn yr awyr agored gyda phlant ifanc. Trwy hyn, gallwn yn sicr weld eu brwdfrydedd, eu chwilfrydedd ar gyfer y tu allan a meddwl creadigol yn cael ei ddatblygu trwy brofiadau uniongyrchol.
Mae hyfforddiant ‘Bod Tu Allan’ wedi bod yn gyfle gwych sydd wedi atgyfnerthu fy nghred o'r dysgu dwfn a'r profiadau helaeth y gall yr awyr agored eu cynnig i blant ifanc yn eu datblygiad cynnar.
My name is Sue Summers and I work as a level 3 and 5 assessor with Cam wrth Gam., Mudiad Meithrin. Since I was little, the outdoors has been an important part of my life, living on a farm and having the opportunity to experiment the outside world while playing in all kinds of weather. My passion for the outdoors is as strong as ever and I will spend every opportunity I can enjoying different experiences outside.
In my role as an early years practitioner throughout my career, I have always encouraged and practised outdoor learning with young children. Through this, we can certainly see their passion, curiosity for the outside and creative thinking developed through first-hand experiences.
'Bod y tu allan' training has been a great opportunity which has reinforced my belief of the deep learning and vast experiences that the outdoors can bring to young children in early development.
