Mae’r tu allan yn golygu llawer i mi ac rwy’n treulio gymaint ag amser â phosib yn mwynhau’r awyr iach. Mae’r tymhorau yn dod a phrofiadau gwahanol i’m traws ac mae bod allan ym mhob tywydd yn caniatáu i mi barchu’r amgylchedd a derbyn profiadau amrywiol. Ers yn fach roeddwn yn chwarae tu allan bob dydd gan ddysgu a datblygu sgiliau na fyddai wedi bod yn bosib o fewn y cartref. Rwyf bob amser yn pwysleisio pwysigrwydd y tu allan i’m dysgwyr gan obeithio y byddant hwy hefyd yn cael ei ysbrydoli gyda’r cyfoeth hwn. Mae’r tu allan yn symbylu plant ac yn rhoi profiadau ystyrlon a gwerthfawr iddynt Mae’n fraint cael cyfrif fy hun yn rhan o ‘Bod tu Allan’ ac mae’n hanfodol sylweddoli'r posibiliadau a’r effaith caiff yr amgylchedd ar ddatblygiad a lles plant.”
My name is Myfanwy Jones and I work for Cam wrth Gam, Mudiad Meithrin as an assessor for the Child Care, Play, Learning and Development qualification. The outside means a lot to me and I spend as much time as possible enjoying the fresh air. The seasons bring me different experiences and being outside in all weathers allows me to respect the environment and accept diverse experiences. Since I was little I played outside every day learning and developing skills that would not have been possible within the home. I always stress the importance of outside to my learners and hope that they too will be inspired with this wealth. Outside motivates children and gives them meaningful and valuable experiences It is a privilege to count myself as part of 'Bod y tu allan' and it is vital to realise the possibilities and impact the environment has on children's development and wellbeing."
